What are your payment options?
We currently accept payments via Paypal, Google Pay and from major card issuers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
Where can I get my receipt?
In the process of transitioning to an eco-friendly order process, we will have your receipts sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
How many coupons or discounts can I use at checkout?
Only one coupon may be used at the time of checkout. In case there is an error of multiple submissions, in favor of you being apart of our valuable customer, we will process and accept the coupon with most savings for your order.
Why is there an item with a missing option?
When an item is currently not in stock the option available for it will be removed until it is back in stock.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within North America.
How long does shipping take?
After placing your order, please allow 7 to 15 business days for the fulfillment, shipoing and arrival of your order. In the event that there's a vast number of purchases, please note an order may take longer to complete fulfillment and arrive to you. If an item is no longer in stock by the time we get to your purchase, you will be notified and payment will be cancelled.
What if I don’t receive my order?
We will track all orders from the moment they leave the warehouse. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, please let us know via email. After reviewing the tracking information we will get in touch with you, as soon as possible, with further details to resolve your case or issue a refund.
